was incorporated in 1947 employing seven men.
The primary product manufactured at that time
was Douglas fir railroad ties for the C.N.R.
The Company was then contracted to produce fir
cross arms for hydro poles. The cross arms were
dressed, cut to length, drilled with attachment
and insulator pin holes and shipped in finished
