Wawanesa is a Canadian mutual company owned
by its policyholders. It is one of the largest
property and casualty insurers in Canada. Wawanesa's
Canadian insurance products are distributed
by over 1,300 independent insurance brokers
except in Québec where products are distributed
through company agents.
The Wawanesa staff was polite, knowledgeable
and helpful. And more than that, they were very
good at "putting things right" and
doing so quickly. They exemplified professionalism
without losing their humanity or compassion.
They did what needed to be done to the best
of their ability and their overriding concern
always seemed to be about doing what was right
for me and my family.
