Venture Exchange is a Canadian
stock exchange, head quarter in Calgary,
and has other offices in Toronto, Winnipeg,
Vancouver, and Montreal. It was earlier known as the
Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), but in 2001
the TSX Group procured it and name changed it.

at the early on stages of their growth while offering
investors a well-regulated market for making venture
investments.
Toronto
Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX
Venture Exchange are leaders in the
mining division. More mining corporations are listed
on TSX and TSX Venture Exchange than any additional
exchange in the world. Combined, Toronto Stock
Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange
have over 1300 mining corporations, valued at over
US$385.0 billion as of September 30, 2007.
