Warrant
An extensive term security which is related to an decision. A stock justify frequently allows a trader to purchase one share of stock at a fixed price for a `confident period of time.

Warrant code
In some belongings the first three characters may represent a holder of stocks. The fourth letter of the code identifies the type of warrant. The fifth letter identifies the warrant issuer. The sixth letter is a sequential code.

Warrant series
All warrants with the same terms of issue and fundamental asset and having the same warrant issuer, exercise price, expiry date and settlement process. Each warrant series has a separate warrant code.

Warrants
A warrant is a economic instrument issued by a bank or other financial institution, which is traded on the Stock Exchange's justice market. Warrants may be issued over securities such as shares in a company, a currency, an index or a commodity.

Wedge

An ascending wedge is a very bullish pattern. Take a look at a chart of JDSU in June 1999. Note how it hit a top at the same level twice, but the lows were superior lows each time.

Winding up
The procedure by which the business actions of a company are brought to an end. Liquidation is sometimes synonymous with twisting up.

Work in progress
Products, armed forces or contracts partially completed at a specified time, usually balance date. Frequently classified as inventory in the Balance Sheet

Working capital
Comprises recent assets less recent liabilities. A measure of the long term investment necessary to finance the day to day operations at a given level of movement.

Wrap account
A wrap account is a system for administering an investment collection. They are used for transacting, treatment and the administration of all paperwork and are held on behalf of a nominee called the guardian.

Write
To write a decision is to sell a decision. The person who sells the choice is considered to be the writer. The investor who sells is called the writer.

Write off
To accuse an expense or cost of as asset to earnings. Also called charge off.
